Our commitment to you
VoxaLink has policies and procedures in place to protect the safety of customers affected by domestic and family violence. If you tell us you are affected — or we recognise you may be — we will treat your safety as the priority in everything we do on your account.
We are committed to:
- Keeping you connected. Staying reachable can be critical to your safety. We will work to keep your phone service active.
- Urgent reconnection. If your service has been restricted, suspended or disconnected and you tell us you have safety concerns, we will reverse that as a matter of urgency — the first time you contact us. If reversing it isn't practical, we will offer you an equivalent service instead.
- Understanding about payment. We recognise that domestic and family violence, and sexual violence, can be a reason bills go unpaid. If you are affected, you may be entitled to financial hardship assistance — ask us and we will help you access it.
- No proof required. You do not need to provide evidence of your circumstances to get our support, and you will not be asked to retell your story each time you deal with us.
- Safe contact. We will agree with you on a safe way and time to contact you, and only use it.
- Your privacy. We will not disclose information that could identify or locate you without your consent, unless the law requires it.

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (Melbourne time). You can reach a person either way:

When you contact us, we will first check it is safe for you to talk, and you will not be asked to explain your circumstances as a condition of getting help.
