VoxaLink is a hosted business phone system with AI voice agents. It answers your business's incoming and outgoing calls 24/7 in a natural voice — greeting callers, answering their questions, booking appointments, taking messages, and sending SMS confirmations — so you never miss a call. You build your agent by describing what it should do in plain language; there are no call-flow diagrams to wire up.
What VoxaLink does
- Answers calls — greets callers, answers questions from your knowledge base, and routes or transfers them to the right person, ring group or queue.
- Books appointments — checks your connected calendar's live availability and books the appointment during the call, then texts a confirmation.
- Takes messages — when no one is available, it captures a structured message that becomes a staff task and follows up by SMS.
- Runs on two AI engines — OpenAI Realtime or Google Gemini, with a choice of natural voices.
- Includes call recording, transcription, AI summaries, an analytics dashboard, SMS, and iOS/Android apps — with a business phone number provisioned for you, no hardware required.
How VoxaLink uses your Google account data
Connecting a calendar is optional and is always started by you, the business owner, from your VoxaLink settings using Google's standard OAuth consent flow. When you connect Google Calendar, VoxaLink uses that access only to:
- Read your calendar availability (calendar.readonly) — to find open appointment times to offer your callers.
- Create and update appointment events (calendar.events) — when a caller books, reschedules, or cancels an appointment during a call.
VoxaLink does not access your email, contacts, or files, and we never sell your data. VoxaLink's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. AI models and your Google Workspace data
VoxaLink's voice agents are powered by third-party AI models (OpenAI Realtime and Google Gemini). During a call, the agent may be given the appointment times it read from your calendar so it can offer them to the caller and confirm a booking.
The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We do not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train any generalised AI/ML model.
- We do not transfer Google Workspace API data to any third-party service that uses it to train its AI/ML models. The AI providers we use are called through their APIs under terms that do not permit training on our submitted data.
- Google Workspace API data is used only to provide the user-facing appointment-booking feature described above — never for advertising, profiling, or sale.
The same applies to Microsoft Outlook calendars, connected the same way through Microsoft's consent flow and used only to read availability and create the appointments your agent books.
